A pleasure it was despite the rush to get the fence finished as the house was going on the market. A few long days and calling in a couple of favors to get materials dropped off so I didn’t have to leave and we got it done. Just in time for it to sell within half an hour of the first home open beginning. The housing market sure is ruthless at the moment.
Close To Home - Baldivis - March 2024

Being only 6 minutes from home, I was happy to take on this job that turned out quite nicely if you ask me. The customers were after more privacy than their old fence offered as they could see into their neighbors back windows from their patio. Problem was very much solved with the 2.1m tall fence in Ironstone they opted for.

Jumping over the other side of the block, this 16 meters to finish off what the developers of the apartments next door couldn’t be bothered doing only took a day and makes quite the difference to the space.
This is the last of the recaps of previous months work as we’ve caught up to the current month as of writing this.
