2024 Kick off - Jan - Feb 2024 Recap
Welcome to the first post recapping the beginning of this year. Not long until we’re caught up to current time (April as of writing).
With the kids still off school we we’re all still in holiday mode most of Jan, the rest was spent between 2 ongoing building jobs in Manning and Leederville, photos to come of those.
February was a different story though, a few fences up, Chloe’s’ 1st birthday present made and a couple of flat tyres on the trailer. Activity was up and so was the thermometer.
New tyres looking good on the trailer thanks to Tyrepower Rockingham for fitting me in last minute.

Colours: Night Sky Frame - Domain Lattice and Sheets

A great example of the difference a new fence and a tidy up can have on the look and feel of a space. Here in Canningvale, we took down the old colorbond that’d rusted off at the bottom due to ground level being above the top of the bottom rail. Spent an hour getting our exercise in removing the palm stumps from the old garden bed. And replaced the fence with fresh colorbond and lattice to finish it off. Let me know what you think of this one in the comments below.

Other Tinkering’s
With a few spare days here and there I had a chance to finish a couple of presents for the family. Including a white and red name sign for my nieces bedroom, a plyometric box made of plywood for doing box jumps and various other exercises as he ramps up training for the pending footy season and a new handle to replace the old plastic on of this grater.
